Founded over a decade ago, Clearfork Food Park has served hundreds of thousands of customers both from the community and visitors. Corder began this blog to journal about his private food truck business and Caribbean dishes.

With over 6 years of experience working as a chef in the food truck, Corder has done well in his food truck business. He’s the head chef at Clearfork Food Park and the CEO of the food truck business. He’s managed to run the business for over 6 years, satisfying the unique needs of his customers.

Corder journals his journey in the food business not just to inspire other entrepreneurs, but also to create awareness about his business. He doesn’t just want to reach a wider audience and attract more customers to his business park but also shares his unique culinary experiences.

Corder studied Business Management after working as a waiter for over a decade to make his dream come alive. He went on to study catering with a specialization in Caribbean dishes. His roots in the Caribbean culture were an added advantage to his choice of food specialty.
